To my eye, women get sexier around 35. They know a thing or two, and knowledge is always alluring. -Pierce Brosnan
First of all, thank you James Bond, you are still the sexiest man who carried that name to us, especially after this statement. Women are often intimidated by their 30s. They are afraid of losing their youth, being alone and failing at their dreams. However, those fears are often uncalled for since they are remnants of a bygone era when women had to get married by the age of 20 and no one expected them to actually be successful in anything other than taking care of a family. The only grounded fears are that your body is slowly changing and that time is passing by, and here are five tips about dealing with that.
Do what makes you happy
By your 30s, you should already figure out whether you are satisfied with your job, or not. If not, this is the perfect time to explore new career opportunities that are more in line with your needs and preferences. If you have difficulties in finding a job that makes you happy, try to identify what excites you, what job conditions feel good for you and what kind of work environment keeps you stress-free. Don’t be afraid to take the risk of changing a career path, it could give you a whole new purpose.

Don’t freak out

Seriously, being 30-something is not a reason to freak out. If anything, it is a reason to rejoice. You are better than you were in your 20s. You’re smarter, sexier and more beautiful. Dating is better, work is better, and you only have to spend time with people that make you feel good. Every time you start panicking about your age, remember all those drop-dead-gorgeous 30-something women like Olivia Munn, Rachel McAdams, Eva Green and Jessica Alba.
Give some love to your skin
Skin is the canvas that shows everything about you: how stressed out you are, how often you smile, how old you are. Although you should make peace with aging and love your skin as it is, you shouldn’t let it give away all your secrets. Establish a fail-proof skincare routine that will consist of cleansing, exfoliating, anti-aging facial, UV protection and hydration.

Have a beautiful smile and use it often

When life gets you down, do you just lie there and cry? No, you will smile and get back up again. In fact, if you have a beautiful smile, it will be much easier for you to show it off and cope with problems easier. Yes, this means that you should take care of your dental hygiene and visit the dentist more often than you used to. Also, if you have any problems with your teeth, ranging from cavity to crooked teeth, now is the time to address it. Don’t think it’s too late; an invisible method of straightening the teeth, Invisalign in Sydney has reached its peak popularity.
Don’t be lazy
In our 20s, we rarely think about the food we are eating, but in return we are more active than in our 30s. On the other hand, in our 30s, we tend to turn more to a healthy diet because we become increasingly aware of the consequences of the decisions we made 10 years ago. However, with work, family and house, we forget that regular physical activity is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. You don’t have to join the gym or engage in a demanding sport, but you can walk more, practice yoga, dance, or do whatever feels good to you.
Finally, the most important tip we can give: love yourself. Embrace your age with grace, enjoy your maturity, appreciate what you have learned so far, and believe in yourself. You go, sister!
