There, Lima can be found at least twice a week working out, in her words, “like a professional boxer getting ready for a fight.” “I tried many different things: spinning, aerobics, step, yoga. And then I tried boxing and I loved it; it became my passion. I love that it’s an intense workout, and it’s the best form of cardio. You get toned but not bulky.“ In September 2012, Adriana Lima became a mother for the second time and her number of followers quadrupled when she lost all her post-baby fat within a short span of less than weeks to walk the ramp. And believe it or not, she looked as if she never was pregnant. Before every fashion show, she drinks protein shakes, vitamins and supplements to keep her energy levels up, adding a gallon of water a day to her diet routine. “It is really intense, it’s not really the amount of time you spend working out, it’s the intensity” Adriana admits. “Adriana does what she has to in the gym. Her work ethic is out of control! When she gets in her mind she wants to get something done, she does it,” says Olajide, Jr.
