Garlic is efficient in the treatment of different bacteria, viruses and fungi. Consuming fresh garlic regularly might help you avoid certain cancers, according to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, whose website says that people who eat large amounts of garlic have less incidence of certain types of cancer.  Garlic-derived compounds reduce the side effects of chemotherapy drugs and suggest that these chemicals might be useful for breast cancer therapy. 3. Oregano oil;

The herb is used to treat respiratory tract disorders, gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, menstrual cramps, and urinary tract disorders. It is also applied topically to help treat a number of skin conditions, such as acne and dandruff. Oregano contains: fiber, iron, manganese, vitamin E, iron, calcium, omega fatty acids, manganese, and typtophan. The research conducted in the Georgetown University showed that oregano oil can fight infections with the same efficacy as conventional antibiotics. Biologists at the United Arab Emirates University reported in the journal PLoS ONE that oregano exhibits anticancer activity by encouraging cell cycle arrest and apoptosis (cancer cells commit suicide) of the MDA-MB-231 breast cancer line.

Green tea has also been shown to help block the formation of plaques that are linked to Alzheimer’s disease. It seems to help keep blood sugar stable in people with diabetes. Because catechins lower cholesterol and blood pressure, they can help protect against the damage a high-fat diet can cause. Green tea increases the metabolism. The polyphenol found in green tea works to intensify levels of fat oxidation and the rate at which your body turns food into calories.
Green tea apparently helps regulate glucose levels slowing the rise of blood sugar after eating. This can prevent high insulin spikes and resulting fat storage.
Scientists think, green tea works on the lining of blood vessels, helping keep them stay relaxed and better able to withstand changes in blood pressure. It may also protect against the formation of clots, which are the primary cause of heart attacks.
It can reduce the risk of esophageal cancer, but it is also widely thought to kill cancer cells in general without damaging the healthy tissue around them.
Green tea reduces bad cholesterol in the blood and improves the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol.

7. Ginger;

A clue to ginger’s success in eliminating gastrointestinal distress is offered by recent double-blind studies, which have demonstrated that ginger is very effective in preventing the symptoms of motion sickness, especially seasickness. In fact, in one study, ginger was shown to be far superior to Dramamine, a commonly used over-the-counter and prescription drug for motion sickness. Ginger reduces all symptoms associated with motion sickness including dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and cold sweating. Traditional holistic practitioners often use ginger to treat aliments ranging from nausea to arthritis pain. In China, ginger has been used for over 2000 years to help treat nausea, stomach problems, arthritis and heart conditions.

8. Watermelon Seeds;

Magnesium is the most abundant mineral, weighing in with 556mg, or 139 percent of the recommended daily value, in 1 cup of dried seeds. According to the National Institutes of Health, magnesium helps regulate blood pressure and the metabolism of carbohydrates, which has a beneficial effect on blood sugar as well. Other important minerals in watermelon seeds are phosphorous, iron, potassium, sodium, copper, manganese and zinc. Watermelon seeds also contain a variety of vitamins and minerals. The B-vitamin group is most prevalent in the seeds, but they are also good sources of magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, zinc, iron and copper. 9. Stop drinking coffee;

First it is important to realize that caffeine just isn’t that easy to digest. To break down the coffee you ingest and deliver that burst of energy to your blood stream, your liver uses enzymes. If all of your enzymes are hard at work within your liver trying to break down the caffeine, they aren’t ready and active in your blood to knock out other bad chemicals it needs to get rid of. People who drink too much coffee often have difficulty getting rid of chemicals from their bodies, and their liver function is off. Because caffeine is a stimulant, it causes your nervous system to run on high, making adrenaline, which we know we need in situations requiring action, or stress. Believe it or not, coffee has the most pesticides of any food on this earth. So let’s be clear- I’m not saying it has traces of pesticides, I’m saying you can’t find any other plant in the world that has a higher toxicity of pesticides than coffee. It is so heavily treated with chemicals and fertilizers that it is even proving deadly in crop workers in many countries. Studies have shown over a thousand chemicals in coffee! 10. Avocado;

The ability of avocado to help prevent unwanted inflammation is absolutely unquestionable in the world of health research. The term “anti-inflammatory” is a term that truly applies to this delicious food. Avocado’s anti-inflammatory nutrients fall into five basic categories:

phytosterols, including beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, and campesterol
carotenoid antioxidants, including lutein, neoxanthin, neochrome, chrysanthemaxanthin, beta-cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin, violaxanthin , beta-carotene and alpha-carotene
